We recently launched our brand new Chopped x Rebel Chilli Korean BBQ sauce. This sweet, soy, sesame Korean BBQ sauce with a kick, was developed with our Cork based foodie pal Paul Moore in Rebel Chilli. The Korean BBQ sauce also won gold at the Blas Na HEireann Irish Food Awards last month, which is a credit to Paul and the team in Rebel Chilli in Cork.
As promised, we’ve got some more delicious recipes for you to try at home. We previously shared the recipe to a tasty veggie option – ‘Korean Tofu Veggie Noodle Stir Fry’. Up next is this yummy ‘Korean Chicken Wrap’ recipe.

KOREAN CHICKEN WRAPS
Serves 2.
INGREDIENTS
6tbsp Chopped x Rebel Chilli Korean BBQ sauce
2 chicken breasts
2 wraps
Handful of spinach leaves
1/4 cucumber
4 radishes
1/4 carrot
2tbsp kimchi (optional)
3tbsp mayonnaise
5 dashes Rebel Chilli barrel-aged sauce
Sesame seeds
Coriander (optional)
METHOD
Cut the chicken into strips. Place in a bowl and add the Korean BBQ sauce. Mix well until the chicken is fully covered in the sauce. Cover with clingfilm and leave in the fridge for minimum 30 minutes.
Meanwhile peel and chop the carrot into chopsticks, cut the cucumber into small pieces and slice the radishes.
In a small bowl, mix the mayo with the barrel-aged sauce and put aside.
Place the marinated chicken pieces in a frying pan and cook for 10 minutes until sticky and tender.
Assemble the wraps: Spread some mayo sauce, add the chicken pieces, vegetables, kimchi, coriander and sesame seeds. Roll up, cut in half and serve.
